NATL Top 50 Species Checklist

On this page you will find a list of the 50 species of interest included in our NATL Top 50 Checklist! This page is meant to guide those working towards checking these species off their lists. If you find yourself stumped, you can view pictures and more information about these plants and animals of interest below. A printed booklet of this list is available at the kiosk near the pavilion, or you can download it here and fold it according to these directions. There is also a PDF of the list available here. This way, each trip to NATL can be an exciting scavenger hunt! Good luck!

As a bonus, we have a guide of the various smilax species at NATL. Come see if you can spot them all! The link to the image is here.
