Reserving the Pavilion

The pavilion near the academic entrance is available for public and academic and is intended for activities in-line with NATL's mission to teach about and conserve the ecosystems at NATL. In an effort to support those looking for alternative teaching spaces, NATL is now accepting reservations from instructors wanting to use the pavilion. Below are some guidelines to consider if you are interested in using the pavilion in NATL west to teach your in-person class. After reading the guidelines, click HERE to make your pavilion registration!

I don't see the time I need on the reservation page? All pavilion reservations are for 1 hour and 5 minute timeslots to match UF regularly scheduled class meeting times during the semester. If you don't see the time you need, then that means someone else has already reserved it (see the calendar below). Reservations are on a first come, first served basis.

If the pavilion is empty can I use it? Yes, we encourage everyone to use the pavilion but remember if an instructor arrives for their reservation kindly turn over the space to them.

Who can reserve the pavilion? Instructors teaching courses, clubs, students, and other people affiliated with the University can reserve the pavilion.

What if I want t reserve the pavilion for the entire semester? If you would like to schedule a pavilion reservation for the entire semester please send an email to our Graduate TA.
